New Proposal for Aliso Creek Inn and Golf Course

The Athens Group unveiled a development proposal for property in South Laguna Beach at a community town hall meeting, which includes the Aliso Creek Inn and Golf Course.
The modified plan includes a public trail to the ocean, habitat restoration, water quality protection, a reconfigured 9-hole golf course and dedication of more than 249 acres of open space. Full story...
