The Buyer-Broker Exclusive Agreement is a document that outlines the responsibilities for both The Hartanov Team and you throughout the entire real estate transaction. It creates an exclusive partnership between us for a set amount of time to locate property and negotiate terms and conditions for the purchase, exchange, option, or lease of property for you. It also documents the commission agreement between us. However, in most cases, the seller pays most of, if not all of, the commission agreed upon when they listed their property.

There are many advantages for you when you sign our Buyer Representation Agreement. The document puts in writing all of our responsibilities, so you can hold us accountable to put forth every effort into finding the right property for you. In addition, we will be more committed to you as you have committed to work with us exclusively in return for strong representation. You will be one of our preferred buyers. The agreement outlines the following:

You will be in control of the transaction as you are a contracted participant who can expect a full range of services from The Hartanov Team.  The Buyer Representation Exclusive Agreement is beneficial by putting you in the driver’s seat as we provide you with:

  • Complete agency disclosure,
  • A full list of our broker’s authorizations and obligations,
  • A negotiated timeframe for the contract, and
  • A strong working relationship between our team and you based on better communication about the goals and desired outcome of your transaction.

We will ask questions to determine what you are really looking for in a home. You can negotiate the length and terms of the contract to ensure you feel comfortable with our team. There is no pressure and there is no obligation to purchase a property when the agreement is signed.
