This long anticipated Marblehead on the Coast development, while partial started now looks like a deserted plot of land.  According to the developer, the project is officially "On Hold" until the real estate market improves. Spread over 250 acres on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, and including miles of hiking trails and plenty of natural space, homes in this development will have Spanish, Italian and Coastal Villa inspired architecture. With something for every family's needs, Marblehead Coastal homes will range between 1,600 and 4,600 square feet.
